Our review committee will begin reviewing applications once ERAS opens to programs in October. This year, KP LAMC Dermatology Residency Program will be participating in the ERAS Supplemental application. Although this is a pilot program and optional this year, we believe this will provide our program with useful information and enhance our application review process. The application is FREE to applicants (and should not require much additional time to complete). We strongly encourage applicants to submit the supplemental application and we will review these applications along with the standard ERAS application. The additional information collected will help our program staff learn more about applicants’ medical education journey, including more meaningful information about work, volunteer, and research experiences, and will help us better identify applicants who fit our program environment and mission.
