How I Thrive: I love to try new things and explore (cue Indiana Jones theme). When I’m not busy searching for the 8th Wonder of the World, I also enjoy watching musicals, playing board games, staying active, and singing in the shower.
About Me: I grew up in Texas. Went to college in Texas. Then moved on to medical school in, you guessed it…Texas. Residency at Kaiser is my first time living out of state, but I’m incredibly excited to be here and grateful for the opportunity to serve the residents of Southern California.

How I Thrive: : I try to find joy in the simplest of things. Even meeting a friend over coffee is a delight! I like to stay active by going on hikes and walks with family and friends. I sometimes tell people that I can lift weights, play basketball and play the piano, which is enough to motivate me to keep trying at them (which I enjoy).
About Me: I think it's important to remember that life is not perfect and though we may fail at times, each one of us is uniquely gifted with the ability to make a positive impact. You have a purpose and every new day is a new opportunity. Sometimes we just need a friend to remind us of this, and you'll find such friends very easily at our program!

How I Thrive: Being an undercover KBBQ connoisseur is difficult at times, so I enjoy destressing and recovering my physique by frequenting the gym on a regular basis. Music is also a huge part of my life, and let's just say that purchasing an expensive pair of speakers during interview season probably wasn't the greatest decision I've ever made.
About Me: I was born in Bangladesh where I lived until I was about 2. Then I moved to the East Bay with my family and have lived in California ever since. Even though I'm not much of a beach kind of guy, I really enjoy hiking and fishing (although I'm unbelievably terrible at the latter).
