Medical School: The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University
How I Thrive: I thrive in the mountains - outdoor sports and trekking bring me joy. I also love cooking, improv, furniture building, and poetry!
About Me: My path to medicine was circuitous. I tried a few jobs before deciding to do a post-bac. My favorite job was as a behavior therapist, but my stranger jobs included a short stint in the climbing industry and an even shorter attempt at avocado farming! Professional interests include child and adolescent psychiatry, toxic masculinity, prison reform, and wilderness therapy. These seemingly random interests are actually all connected through a vision for wilderness programs that I hope to someday realize.

How I Thrive: Being an undercover KBBQ connoisseur is difficult at times, so I enjoy destressing and recovering my physique by frequenting the gym on a regular basis. About Me: I was born in Bangladesh where I lived until I was about 2. Then I moved to the East Bay with my family and have lived in California ever since. Even though I'm not much of a beach kind of guy, I really enjoy hiking and fishing (although I'm unbelievably terrible at the latter).
