Having a good work life balance is a key for me to facing the challenges of residency. In my free time, I reset and refresh by spending time with family and friends! I particularly enjoy eating good food and playing basketball.

I was born and raised in Southern California and have stayed local for all of my schooling. My hobbies include trying new foods, watching and playing basketball, and video games here and there with friends. Fun fact, I used to be on a competitive hip hop dance team in college!

I enjoy watching mukbang videos on YouTube, listening to music on my Genelec speakers (kind of an audiophile), exploring Los Angeles and OC for new food places that go viral on Instagram reels or TikTok, and photographing candid moments with my film camera!

: I was born in the children’s hospital at Loma Linda University then moved to Guam for ~5 years after which I found myself in Sacramento. Just when I thought I had found my footing, I teleported to the lovely city of Irvine where I finished most of my education up until high school. My MBTI is ENFP with my “Extroverted” and “Introverted” side constantly tugging at each other. Oh yeah, I’m also pretty legendary at making instant ramen noodles so you haven’t tried the best yet.

I enjoy trying out new food places, window-shopping, and traveling! I love spending time with my husband exploring local hikes and restaurants. I also thrive by spending time with my church community!

I grew up in Vietnam and Singapore, and moved to the United States with my family when I was 17. I attended college on the East Coast and I’m so grateful to be back in sunny Southern California for training as the inaugural class at the brand-new Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine! Having encountered different cultures taught me to embrace new experiences and challenges. I’m honored to serve as a resident physician at Kaiser Permanente and continually hone my knowledge to make a difference in the lives of my patients!

I enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures. During my fourth year of med school, I traveled to Japan, Thailand, Portugal, Spain, France and Netherlands. It was quite a trip! I also enjoy being outdoors and staying active with friends and family. We always try to plan ski trips or hiking days.

I was born and raised in Aleppo, Syria. Moved to the states in 2012 and been in SoCal ever since. I found my passion in radiology during med school, and I am very excited to start my journey soon.

I was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan and moved to SoCal for high school. I later uprooted to Chicago for college and began my adventure on the east coast for nearly 10 years. I studied abroad in Uganda for one summer and have visited 25+ countries and counting. I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and learning about their stories. I grew up a basketball fan but have been more into football since grad school. As always, I’m looking for buddies to go golfing, snowboarding, and hiking together!

I thrive when I put 110% into anything I do. Whether I'm trying to cook a dish, giving a lecture while teaching others, or playing a sport I just started to learn I love to give it my all. During more relaxing days, I enjoy spending time in the garden with my parents and family. Friendship to me is sacred. Spending time with my childhood friends to this day is a testament to that.

I was born in Pomona and have lived in Upland for many of my young years. I moved to Irvine for college and to Claremont for graduate school. For the four years of medical school, I spent the first two years on the beautiful island of Grenada in the Caribbean. For the latter two I lived in New York, which was an experience like no other. The time I spent away from home was invaluable because of both the people I met and the experiences I had along the way. This journey was both challenging and rewarding. It left me with one goal: to train as a resident physician in my home region!
