Application Process:
Our program applies a holistic approach to selecting applicants for interview.
Applicants with evidence of a high level of professionalism and clinical excellence, with interest in the Inland Empire area of Southern California tend to match well with our program.
Our program participates in ERAS Program Signaling for the 2025 application season. Qualified applicants that signal our program will be considered highly in our application review. Other highly qualified applicants will also be considered and invited.
Interview Process:
Our program will be interviewing applicants virtually through the 2024-25 recruitment season.
We will use Thalamus as a means of scheduling Interviews from late October to mid January.
Second Looks In Person:
Applicants will be given the option to participate in second looks as an optional part of the process. Second looks will not impact Program Rank lists and are provided for the benefit of the applicant.
